missed checkmates

this game was ages ago but its still annoying so worth a post i think.

move 22 😞 you get all your pieces set up so if your opponent moves his rook its checkmate - but when he does you (me 😞) forget all about it and do something else. the rest of the game is pretty crap 😞

it would be nice if some of you could post some missed checkmates too. make me feel a little better 😵

Move 36. Can't believe I didn't see that. I smacked myself upside the head real hard when I put this one in Chessmaster.

You must have heard that saying:

When you see a good move, wait look for a better one. The good move want run away.

It happens to all of us 🙁

worse is when you see the mate and click the wrong square ...

My opponent missed the mate on move 29 and I mated him the next move (well technically he still had one more move left) I felt a little bad winning this way.
