MonRoi for sale $9.95 US

I saw that ad and thought it was too good to be true.

Mon Roi chess recording device, FIDE USCF approved. 9.95 plus 2.00 shipping.


I sent away for it, and I must say the pen that says MonRoi on it writes nice. 😞

I saw one for the first time yesterday. I'd love one, being dyslexic, I have a hard time recording a game. 🙂

problem is theyve been the same insane price for years, and in a nutshell are just a stripped down older palm pilot. they could still profit selling for 125, but they want to break balls. in fact if they were 125 at least 50 times more chess players would own one, so theyd score tons of sales for the second generation.
Fischers hand writing was horrid, I think everyone could pass for now 😉
