At a glance Rxd4, exd4, Nf3+

Edit, just 'saw' the bishop on e7 🙂

Rxd4, exd4, Nf3+, Rxf3 Bxc5 but it hardly looks decisive.

I dont see the knock out blow...im sure the black bishop has to move with force for Rxd4 to work but cant see how. 🙁

Why not just Bxc5 immediately?

Okay. So after 19...Bxc5 20.bxc5 Rxd4 21.exd4 Nxf3 22.Qxf3 Bxf3 23.Rxf3, we reach the following:

Ng4 and Qc6 doesn't work 😛 . . .then there is only Qd7 which at least doesn't look counterproductive. 2. Rd3 Qg4+ 3.Kf2 Ne4+ (Kh1, Ne4+ and Kf1, Qf5+) 4.Nxe4 Rxe4 5. Bd1 (or Ra2, otherwise mate) Rf4+ 6.Ke3 7.Qh4 8.Kd2 this seems good for black.

2.Rd1 doesn't look as good for black since white has Rg3 and black doesn't seem to have any goodies after that.

hmm, Ng4 might work...looks interesting...I do not see other moves...
Qd7 or Qa5 do not come in the spirit of this sharp position...
