I've been playing quite a bit the last few days (win some, lose some, but all fun).

Here is one of my more shameful wins:

My next game will be somewhat better, with a nice win over a 2100.

From the game below ... White has "trapped" black's queen with Bc7. Black countered with Nh5, and white managed to grind a win out of this position.

This one is somewhat better than my foolish (Qg3) and lucky previous game.

White has just played 13.Qd4 in attempt to simplify the game. Black has a forced win from this position (material).

See if you can find the win for black.

    Here is the game:

That games looks vaguely familiar. I may have been black, but I don't really remember. When you play 20,000+ blitz games, they tend to get fuzzy. I don't save my games either.

What color was I? I assumed I was black, but the move order is a little funny (Nc6 then g6). The a3 move is funny too. I'm not sure what side I was on, if I played it.

That was one of my 10 min games as black. 😀
    I didn't care for white's a3, Ba2 and Qe2 moves at all.

I didn't want to toot my own horn, so now I can say it. Nicely played by black!

I hardly ever play the Open Sicilian with white, but when I do, sometimes I go down in flames like this!

    Great Game ... Handshake
