I'm a bit puzzled by the end position. Did black resign? What is white's continuation after Bxd6?

Well, i got two pawns, tempo plus initiative, and a vice grip on the d file it also took the "boom" out of the position for black which was great for me since i was winning on time. It has the added bonus of being a mystery though. 😛 It was part trap... black shouldn't have traded queens but its the impulsive thing to do when up material.
