any one know the name of this Defense (that I usually use?) NOT Modern Defense or Pirc...maybe a variation, specifically what?

Who's the muppet with white?

It looks like an attempt to transpose from a modern to a sicilian dragon or vice versa.

Unless white played e3 or d3 it's his turn.

In which case 5. dxc5 seems good.

well it starts out the sicilian defense/kopec variation but after move 3 it ends so idk what to tell you other than that.

I don't see any way to reach this position playing the stupid kopec variation...how about giving the move order.

1. Pawn e4, pawn g6
2. Pawn d4, pawn d6
3. Knight f6, bishop g7
4. Knight to c3, pawn c5.

This is a common order. Not necessarily that order. Though we're not worrying about white (again, what is the specific name of black's defense (my defense) white has many more options on move 4.
Kopec is like 1/2 of it, reversed.

This position can arise after 1.e4 g6 2.d4 Bg7 3.Nc3 d6 4.Nf3 c5? and after 5.dxc5 white have advantage.
