It looks interesting but alone chess is enough difficult so in this life I will try to master only the basic version. 🙂

Anyway, somebody stole my chess set and put it on youtube.

I wonder if chess variants can harm the standard chess pattern recognition..

I don't know if that version is actually anymore difficult. Although, it takes some adjusting to. The knight is probably no weaker than a Queen. Anyway, it might be fun to try sometime.

We used to experiment all the time. Trying to come up with new moves was always fun. At the end of the day it was always back to normal chess.
