I just captured a R on the 8th rank with a pawn and it was promoted to a Q without asking if that's what I wanted (it was, but the lack of a choice was disconcerting).
Has anyone else seen this?
The problem with the old procedure was, that the clock stopped afetr submission and only started after the piece selection....
