3. Nc3 is said to be better because it doesn't relieve central tension: it gives you a dynamic that at any point you can just take those pawns off the board, but you'll save it 'til it yields you a better advantage. 0

Although I can see timelinesas to when moves were made, it looks like you may have been asking about your game against jacklobo, which started with this sequence and is still in progress. If this is the case, please bear in mind that you should never ask any questions about a game that is in progress as this can (even without meaning to) solicit external advise on the game - please wait until the game is over before asking about it.

It is a matter of taste for me. I prefer the Advance Variation (3. e5)
