I thought you might have been able to hold on if you took the bishop. Something like 13...gxh6 14.Qxh6 f5 15.exf6 Rxf6 16.Bh7+ Qxh7 17.Qxf6 isn't too nice for you but you might have a chance if you can get the bishops working. 13...f6 just loses as far as I can see.
