Hmm, seems it does. Have been playing blitz chess on another website lately, and it generates PGNs like the one above. They work fine in WinBoard, but some other programs (including ChessPad) report error messages. I'm guessing that the problem is the "P" for pawn, which isn't usually included in algebraic notation. But if it works here, then the format can't be all that unusual.
Not a great game - just another example of a queen running into trouble with an ill-considered pawn snatch. Black resigned.
