This ne opponent is not moving and his time ie expired, what do i do? It won't let me do anything else and i cannot archive the game or delete it. Someone HELP ME

ok but i have a question about that. Let's say that there is 3 days for u to move and 7 days in timebank. If the 3 day's run out the timebank starts counting down right? If they move again do they get 3 days to move and 7 days timbank again?
