    Does anybody have instructions for this chess computer? If not, can someone tell me what the levels are. There appear to be 64 levels, but I've no indication which is the strongest.

    An internet search suggests that there are 16 levels and that the Novag Secondo is a clone of the Novag Allegro 4. Unfortunately I can't find manuals for either of these. This is the usual place to look for a Novag manual:

    Maybe you could look through these to see if any other models are similar to yours.

    Thanks, so 16 levels, but 64 level buttons (one for each square) so possibly just the same 16 recurring. I'll try playing it on b8. It's pretty awful on every level.

    I did Google for the manual, but I cannot find it online.

    The Welsh equivalent yes. Pieces are quite nice for a travel set pity its so weak.

    I really like chess computers, which makes me nearly as nuts as some of the more interesting posters on here 🙂
