Novelty chess sets

Generally speaking, i really don't like sets that stray too far from a standard set. However! I just stumbled on this and it looks really nice! 😀

I posted this in General the other day. It's a chess set to make out of paper/card, but I would suggest weighting the pieces with something!

Has anybody tried making that set up.

it's all done with Origami.

I use to work in an Origami Shop once.


It folded!

Oh I had the chance to enjoy in front of me a similar set at a Mall in Athens; once you finger the Black Queen she starts actin like Irma La Douce

A very funny chess set, not very usable, but funny...

However, look at the picture and assess the position. Who has the better play? White or black?
