Put another cushion on your chair and you will get a little higher. 😛

Just take a vacation, 5-10 days off and no chess.

Come back refreshed and ready to kick butt.

Dude, relax, it's a rating swing. You'll be back up as soon as your Biorhythms get back into an upward swing.

put you games on vacation, pick 3 to play two moves a day, and spend the rest of the time trolling up the gf

I agree. Anyone who is experiencing a personal problem should take a week or two off. Hell, I quit chess for 6 years after my divorce... and when I came back I played 200 points below my ability. But you have to understand - we play chess for the enjoyment of it. You can't make a living at it and you can't use it to boost your ego.

Quit the game for awhile and when you feel like it start playing again. I think it's important that people understand that the game in merely an amusement for them and not important to their life.
