Odd Question

Let us say that I only want to practice tactics or endgames that occurred in games by Howard Staunton. Are there any chess programs that would allow me to load every Howard Staunton game into its database and then instruct the program to search for tactics?

For instance, I instruct it to look for all two move tactical combinations, and it will then load those positions and "quiz" me on them in the same way that CT-ART does? If so, is there also a feature that searches for endgames in the same manner?
