@old-indiansaid I am so lazy when it comes to setting up positions on my board eh?
Well, here is some good news. The chess pieces aren't very heavy, but if you're not going to prepare, then don't expect a good tournament result. You reap what you sow.

- eh?

I play out whole games on my chess board and learn from the annotations eh?
But...setting up tactical positions and solving them gets old after the forth or fifth one.
I think strategical lessons are better than the usual...white to move and win positions eh?

Pretty good plan you have. We all have our own systems.
Setting up tactical positions and solving them does get old. An idea you might try: Work through them simply by reading and solving like you normally do. If you get it right, move on, if wrong, then set up the position on your board and play through it a few times. It's an incentive to study each position intently. Playing through the answer multiple times will help the idea stick. As the Russians say: "Repetition is the Mother of learning"
- though I have no idea who the Father or Aunts and Uncles are! 😏
