openings for knights (to blow off the bishops)

how about:

1 d4 d5
2 Bf4 Nf6
3 e3 e6
4 Be3

it gets both bishops out there ... at least one will quickly meet its maker.
it still plays alright.
i have been doing it for a while now ... and i like most of the games.
