I played this game yesterday at the local club but haven't had a chance to analzye with an engine yet. I offered a draw because I was pretty low on time but does anyone see a winning line for Black here being up a pawn?

wow are you telling me white accepted a draw!? I would never have accepted a draw from that position (yes I realise that it must be black's move) as white, and I certainly would not expect white to offer a draw from what looks like very commanding position

Both sides have mate threats and after Qh5, I don't think White can win with this position. Maybe I'm missing something...

after ...qh5 white advances his passed pawn! It means that black will loss his quenn (and his passed pawns) for only a rook and white's passed pawn

The position looks lost for black.
Qh5 e7 Kf7 e8=Q Kxe8 Qe6+ followed by Rxq, and I can't see any better defence for black.
Qh7 e7 Re5 fails to Qc8+

if you mean rook to e5 then qc8 check, followed by rxq

hmm...that does look lost for Black. How about playing Kf8 instead of Qh5? White will get to the back rank but may need to eventually use a tempo on protecting it's own King.

um no because then re1 mate....after re5 white plays Qb3+, forcing the king on the h-hile so he takes the queen with check

Qh5 e7 Re5 Qc8...and here you assumed Kf7 where white can play Qf8+ Ke6 e8=Q+ and on kh7 Rxq.

I know, I was refering to his RxQ before Qf8+
