Probably the most popular blitz time control OTB and online is 5 0. However, playing 5 0 online isn't the same as 5 0 OTB. You don't need to move your hand to press the clock or physically move the pieces. You also don't have effective features like premove. So if I were to play something online equivalent to 5 0 blitz, what would it be? It's obviously less, but how much?

Yeah, yeah, I'm not pretending there is a precise number for everyone. I'm just curious what your experience has been.
