I'm playing a game where I have a queen and a rook and a pawn, my opponent has two rooks + 4 pawns. He is putting me in check with the same rook again and again and I have to move back and forth from the same spaces. Is this perpetual check? Does this mean its a draw? I have more points so shouldn't I get the chance to win? Can someone have a look at my game and let me know what we have to do?

If an opponent can check you every turn, forever then it is a draw

I looked at your game. its not a draw. yet. go for the draw

x3 repition rule - theres a post on it here somewhere - i should know, i inquired about it as well 😛

haha you could always move your king in behind your queen. but i think you know what will happen 2 moves later...
