I like to play either Najdorf/Scheveningen Lines against e4.
Massive problem however.........the league I play in 75% of the time I get ANTI-SICILIANS!!
I now have switched to 1...e5.....much more fun but more to learn
Against 1.d4 I have not found a defence I am happy with in 13yrs of playing it!!!
Against 1.e4
1....d6 with idea 2.d4 Nf6 3.Nc3 e5 - its my main OTB weapon.
1...b6 playing it in RHP and sometimes playing it in OTB
1...g6 playing more in RHP, but few times have played in OTB
1...e6 playing in RHP and have been played it in OTB few times. (but I`m planning to use in more in OTB)
1...e5 playing mostly in RHP and in blitz. In OTB almost have not played (since I dont use Latviang gambit).
Against 1.d4
1...c5 My most used opening in last time
1...Nf6 usually playing KID - have been playing more often (before started to use 1...c5), but 1...Nf6 is still on my opening arsenal 🙂
Against 1.c4
1...e5 or 1...Nf6
Against 1.Nf3
1...Nf6
1...b6

Problematic in what way?
Here's a G.I.P but it shows what I mean:
white to play (I'm black - no comments on possible moves)
I do enjoy the chances the Dutch defence can create, but it can get rather messy for me if I'm not very careful.
Against 1.e4, I play the Alekhine Defense and the Latvian Gambit. If my opponent plays the Ruy Lopez, I play the Bird Defense (1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 Nd4). Game 3288883. This game is in progess so no comments please. 🙂 Against 1.d4, I play the Dutch Defense and the Budapest Gambit (1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e5). 😀 Against the Bird, I play the From's Gambit-Lasker Variation (1.f4 e5 2.fxe5 d6 3.exd6 Bxd6 4.Nf3 g5 5.d4 g4 6.Ng5 f5 7.e4 h6 8.e5 Be7 9.Nh3 gxh3 10.Qh5+ Kf8. Only one person (off site) played this against me and won. 😳
Against e4 - I exclusively play the Caro-Kann. Really enjoy playing against the advance variation.
Against d4 - KID all the way! Since I play such a solid defense against e4, this gives me some variety in getting to play more of a counter-attacking system.
Against c4 - I usually play c6 and aim for a Caro/Slav formation. Sometimes I go for a KID formation.
Against the Reti - I'm always in a quandary when this comes up. Haven't yet figured out what I like against this one. Most of the time I end up going for a KID set-up.
