Hi

Was wondering if anyone could help shed some light on loading pgn text into chessmaster 8000 for analysis?

Is there a way of pasting the text copied from RHP into chessmaster without saving the text as a pgn file?

Cheers in advance!

I've always had to paste the pgn from RHP to Winboard, copy that out and use the Edit, Paste PGN in Chess Master. You don't need to save the PGN, but for some reason you need a 'middle man' program to translate the PGN at RHP to paste to Chess Master.

I use a simple text program (Notepad, Edxor) to create the pgn file (ctrl-V after copying from RHP), then Chessmaster can open the pgn file. I don't have CM 8000, but this worked in CM 7000 and CM 10th edition.
