Before this happened someone would have thought I have shares in Playchess for the way I spoke about them. Sadly my Playchess experience was compromised (see http://z00tz00t.livejournal.com/2678.html) and I have not heard from ChessBase.
Have you heard anything in response yet since you sent the username? I don't personally use playchess but I've had problems all over the place. Such is the internet I suppose.

When I had a problem with their software, it took close to a week to get a response. Then, the flurry of emails that went back and forth were one to two per day.
