I didn't understand Xanthos, but the removed players can be found via "Site Map" at the lower end of the page and the look for "game moderation". You even get information about the reasons of their ban

I think if you lost to a player under section B, they should change it to a win. Why should I suffer a loss to a cheater?

I agree that cheating is unacceptable. Really you play to improve and enjoy playing, and cheating serves neither of those purposes.
