Where can I find sites, where I can play chess in real-time against an other human being.
I am with my computer behind a firewall. So I cannot use all real-time sites.
Who can help me?

Your snag is that it is often these very sites (yahoo et al.) that are your security worries...
FICS is good and free,ICC is good though only free for guests with limited options but playing is no problem and you can get there using winboard it's not necessary to install their software as was mentioned here before,pogo.com has chess too but is not so great, lower level of play and lots of cursing and allround unpleasantry(like letting the clock run down when one has a lost position),DNCS is still around too but I don't know if there are many people on these days, may be hard to get a game.Try 'em and see which one you like best 🙂
I have had the same problem at work. You are obviously not in a possition to change the firewall settings as you are not an administrator, right??
I have the same problem.
You might want to search for non java based chess. Most java applets require an open "port", no copporate networks allow this for general users like ourselves.
I do have one link for a javascript chess program...

There is never anyone waiting for a game , u simply choose a name and set up a board and minimise it to yor task bar. When someone joins it will flash. It might take a while to get a game but i've never waited more than 1/2 hour.
This is a good page of chess links...
