With the exception of Game 6932610 he's the only one to have made a move in any of the games. Perhaps he thinks they'll count towards his win/loss ratio when he times them out. Game 6932610 seems to be a normal game with a p1200.
My guess is that he picks his opponents from a list of p1200s and doesn't check if they're active. Otherwise it makes no sense.
