Because you are provisional still. After you have played 20 rated games on here it won't happen.

For the first 20 games, they don't know how good you are so they try to estimate your rating. Read the rating section for the site, it will explain it.

during the first 20 games, the rating is calculated as an average of ratings of your opponents +-400 pts. so, if you win a player more than 400 pts weaker than your current rating, your rating will decrease. and if the opponent is also provisional, then it's +-200 instead of 400.
