Here is a game link to a match I played against squaccermanGame 290875

I am puzzled as to why he resigned at this stage. He's since emailed me to say that he can't play a rematch cos he's moved house and hasn't got internet yet, but I don't think that this was a guaranteed losing position, especially against someone of my rating, what do you think?

No puzzlement necessary, IMHO. White has about as much chance to survive as a penguin in Sahara. White must take the rook with his queen, otherwise it would be mate next turn. But if he takes the rook, black simply trades queens, and white's got no pieces left - and he's a rook, a knight and a pawn down... I can't imagine not resigning in this position.

It looks like a win for black probably if he has no PC available he won't be able to reply Yours John Hamer (Nottingham UK)

Hmmm, down 2 rooks and a knight seems a fine time to resign....
