not counting positional advantages - who got the better end of the deal?

Well sticking to strict numerical values whoever won the Queen and pawn came out better. These values very much depend on the situation on the board, though, so have to be taken with a pinch of salt

yeah i was kinda thinking i had lost out in that - maybe should have taken the timeout when i had the chance 🙁 (he's a personal friend - not just online - so i would have felt bad taking it) - im sure i will the next time though lol
