4 ... b6 5 Bg5 leads to the hybrid Nimzo-Queen's Indian, which Kasparov championed. I find it hard to understand, and try to avoid it - for both sides! I play (or would play - I don't think I've ever been in the position, despite playing both sides of the Nimzo!) 4 ... c5.
