I created a Microsoft excel sheet to calculate rating changes between two players.

To the best of my knowledge, the calculator is accurate. It accounts for the tiered rating system where players above 2100 and 2400 have differing formulas. Furthermore, it can calculate provisional ratings.

If you wish, you may download it here: http://rhpcalculator.webs.com/

Should you find any fault with it, please message me.

    All the best,
    Drew

My AVG came up when I tried to download it, saying, "this site has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences."

Do you know what could be causing this?

I could only speculate but I imagine it has to do with the web host.

If you prefer, I can email it to you.

Works good, I got no warnings using Firefox and Microsoft Security Essentials to download the 2007 version.
