in my opinion, whatever rating you look at, it's just a comparaison beetween you and others. What if they were ten player in a small region, all in the top 20 of the world but never played against other player (I watch too much TV!). rating start at 1200, so somebody would be rated 900. it just tell you were you are situated between the best and the poor players of your pool. here it's rhp players.Average player here, average player wherever else I suppose. So i think even with official rating, they are some variation in the value of it. but its more accurate at higher level when you play international tournament.
On internet, some people cheat and affect this value for sure. i don't really mind about it. I just don't get what is so funny in watching people play against chess master program, when their is not even money or whatever to win. I wish I had that much time to spend.
see, now i do have some time to spend, so while i'm hoping somebody's gonna make a move in my own games , I write in that thread and it makes me happy!!!
