I dont know... the c3 sicillian is a pretty gay opening - not really befitting an e4 player.

So why do you think only homosexuals play the c3 sicillian? What's a straight opening?

ya it's me....supporting the Queens Fianchetto.....took the bear suit off....

I figure it's more fun telling my opponents I am going to play 1.b3!!

    and 1...b6!!

winning after i say that is much more fun than a scary bear.

I dont mean you have to be gay to play the opening but just the stype of play resembles a gay man I.E. spending most of the game trying to squeeze the opponant without allowing them to get counterplay until you are ready to have your way with them.

I know that's not exactly what you meant 😛

I still don't see how stereotypes of gay men are really applicable though.

I could have used another steriotype too but it just felt the most appropriate metaphor for the job. Also, it is something people can relate to, if I was too obscure then no one would have noticed.
