Nxd4 Qxd4 6. d3 {standard stuff albeit a less well trodden path} g6 {odd ... Bd7 or Bf5 look better with O-O-O in mind} 7. Nc3 Bf5 8. Be3 Qd6 9. Qf3 {cavalier perhaps but its blitz} c6 10.
