That's a point I never thought of Proof

I will need snapshot of screen of final position.
Is that the proof you had in mind?

Interesting competiton idea, but I think you should choose a harder engine...

Proof that the poor program indeed played so badly. Notice in the last game, it took it quite a few moves to realize that c6 is the perfect spot for a Queen in the Scandinavian...

Well it's not my thread - and it looks like you are correct.

But it's off now and some of the 1200's may want a shot at
beating an engine for once.

"c6 is the perfect spot for a Queen in the Scandinavian..."

Maybe it's learning as it plays!!

Yeah will need snap shot of final position else anyone
could make up a game.

Hmmm - I could take snap shot of screen.
put screen into paint shop pro.
construct fools mate
send it to green pawn and get 100 rating points.

And that when I just was going for the brilliancy swindle prize with a highly theoretical Queen sacrifice:

Brilliant game but need to get around screen grab and
into paint shop pro swindle.

Also IceWalkWithMe is correct we need a stronger engine.

Now where abouts on this site are we going to find someone
who has a strong chess engine..?

An idea perhaps for another compitition: Let's see who can go the longest against this engine without accidentally winning.

Only now I see I had 5. ... Qb5 instead of 5. ... Qc5 - my fault (can't edit it). After 6. d4 Qc5-c6 the position is correct again.
