Just castle, just do that move. No vote necessary. c3 looks very good in a tactical sense but black can shake things up by simply attacking on his own and ignoring the threat, basicly we would be falling into the engines little dreamy world of wildness and chaos. So, we sacreficed a pawn so he can't castle? We better darn make sure we castle ourselfs when it's positionally sound to do so, it's an engine, we may not get another chance to do this.
