when black plays ...Nc6 he always threatens ...e5, , we need to prevent ...e5 at all cost! and as PBfromFics stated you need to be careful whn black plays ...c5 because he threatens to take on d4 and play ...Bd6 and ...Qc7 and f4 is weak 🙁

1.f4 is an inferior move, I only play one opening now, the stonewall, nothing else, black or white i always aim for stonewall, its the only opening for me.
