In the site http://www.entertainmentjourney.com/index1.htm cited different times in this forum, I found an analysis of the exchange of the Rook in g8 and the pawn in g7 for the Knight and the Bishop after black castling. The site does not advice this exchange, because the sum of the values is favorable for the black
I must say that I made this exchange several times as white, even with players with a ranking higher than mine and it always turned against black, because it opens black castle
what do you think about it?

anyway i am pretty sure that most often it is incorrect to trade two minor pieces to rook and pawn. Almost always knight and bishop are stronger than rook and pawn, especially in middlegame when rooks may not have open lines.
