How cum nobody interested in these games? Pull your carrot out and get on with it.

Kramnik vs. Gelfand.

Move 15.. Kramnik is playing white today and one wonders if he will be going for a win today. I think so. Gelfand has left his king a little exposed so we shall see if Kramnik can take advantage of this as the game progresses.

Kramnik backs his bishop off. Bh2.

D5 looks at hot square being cover by 8 different pieces. The centre of the game.

Gelfand has very nice lines at this early stage attacking right into Kramnik's king. The two pawns up close with support from his knight. His bishop on B7 is strong and also his rook on G8.

Is Kramnik playing Ironman here as it looks like IM's game to run those pawns down the side like that?

Move 19 for Kramnik I dont see any other option but to take the pawn.

Hmm, kramnik has played kh1, i guess contesting a (possible) opening of the g file would be just as good for white as black the way blacks king is.

Hi lisanova, looks like only you and me are interested!
