is ther a rule in chess that says that you and your opponent can not do the same move over and over again so as the bord looks the same again and again, like that in the game of "go"

It is called the three-folded repetition rule.

It is not automatically a draw, it has to be claimed, so you need to claim it. You will note from my posting on the same subject that on the yahoo site they incorrctly automatically settle the dame as a draw.
