Does anyone know someplace on the net where they have the official rules of USCF chess? I've had a couple of questions, and can't find anyplace that has them exactly as they are in print.
The USCF rules run nearly 400 pages, and are published by Random House under the McKay imprint. The current edition is the 5th. Most of the changes from the 4th are at the USCF website, www.uschess.org.
