It is apparent that the tournaments prior to commencing are not involving the proper rating of players before starting the tournament.
Case in point: Alpha Banded 3x3 1500 - 1599
Why the following players accepted - DigitGus:1639, ROOMS2004: 1464, Paul0:1423??
These players are taking a spot for the players who wish to play in the tournament but cannot with the proper rating.
Can you do anything about this?

Something should be done so that it is fair for all players.
ie if a player had the proper rating within the last 3 days before a tournament started, then they should be able to play in the tourney. But if the guidelines say no provisionals or a player has never achieved the proper rating for a tourney why do they get accepted?
Right now I cannot play in this tourney due to Paul0 taking a spot. Nothing against Paul0, RHP just needs to fine tune some issues.
