Scandinavian Defense?

What do people think of it? Too risky having a queen at A5 and
giving white a lead in development? Are many GMs playing this any
more? Any devotees here?

I know it gained a little boost in popularity when Anand chose it
against Kasparov! I still think it sucks though!

the variation with black recapturing the pawn with the queen is
harmless...
Look into the gambit line where black plays 2..Nf6, the "icelandic
gambit"...this can be quite dangerous if white tries to "hold on" to the
gambit pawn by following up with 3.c4
