Seems to me that having a second is cheating. The Russians believe thirds and fourths.

It is an increment of time equal to 1/60 of 1 minute. When you don't have many left, you are said to be in time pressure. 😀

Yeah I don't like it either.The outcome of a match can be very much determined by the quality of the seconds you brought with you.Not exactly what I want to see.When two players battle it should be just them.
