Should White have resigned here?

I'm up a bishop here and had just played Qd2 to trade Queens. Could White have gotten at least a draw here?

after 1...Qd2 Qf1 (only way not to move to dead lost endgame) Bxc3 bxc3 Qxc3+ followed by Rd2 black wins immediately.
