This may seem a little strange coming from me, but I'm looking for a good intermediate level book on the Sicilian. I'm playing more OTB now and I'm finding that my opponents are unwilling to play the variations that I know and love. I'm looking for a general overview, at a reasonably advanced level, of standard motifs in the Sicilian primarily to brush up. I'd like to stay away from specific variation books. Does anybody own or have an opinion on Kopec's Mastering the Sicilian as someone recommended it to me.

I have Kopec's Mastering the Sicilian and would recommend it. Its got nice introductions to each variation and really looks at themes rather than just endless variations. He's picked some good games to go through as well.
However he doesn't have anything on the Shveshnikov/Pelikan which is a shame.
