Here is some fun in the Closed Sicilian. Black makes a bad Knight move, followed by a bad King move, and then walks into mate. This is the first time I have played the Closed Sicilian as White, and I'm sure we leave book fairly early. Any comments?

Dutch, I used to play the Grand Prix Attack (before switching to the virtually unbeatable Morra) & after
1.e4...c5
2.f4...d6?
3.Nc3...Nc6

4.Bc4? is not a good idea because black can easily push-away & expand with Nf6 & d5 or e6 & d5 as in your game.

Instead an early
4.Nf3 is much better in the GPA, leading to most likely
4...Nf6
5.Bb5...a6
6.Bxc6+!...bxc6
7.d4...cxd4
8.Qxd4
With white having a distinct edge

black to move

White looks to castle KS, play Be3, R(a)d1 etc.
If the queen is attacked with c5 you have Qc4 - she has been pushed to a better square!
