I couldn't spend that much time on it, but on first analysis....

    I think it's black's best response as 1...Nh6 looks silly after 2.Nf3.

    1....Be6
    2. Nxe6 dxe6
    3. Qxe6+ Qe7 (3...Nge7 4.Nd5 Rf8 5.f3 +/-)

    1...Be6
    2. Nxe6 Nb4!?
    3. Nxd8 Nxd5
    4. Nxf7! Kxf7
    5. Nxd5 +/-

White seems to gain material in all variations.

    No, 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 a6 is the O'Kelly, afaik.

3...Ng8e7 takes the initiative because it threatens Nd4

and 1...Be6 2.Qxe6+ might be playable it does not lead to a forced win I don't think but white gets a huge lead in piece activity. I did not look at it very much and wouldn't play it anyways.

Qf6 looks by far the best move, secures against whites threats and creates blacks own threats.

I played Nh6 and then scolded myself for days upon days because right after I played it I saw ...Qf6. But you still did not answer my question about which is better. I think that ...Be6 is less forcing than ...Qf6 and gives white more chances to think that he is out of the fire when the fire is only getting bigger and hotter.

Your question was..."Tell me what you think of Be6 in the position", not which is the best move for black....therefore Qf6 wasn't directly considered, as it wasn't part of your question!
