Often delay castling as Black when playing Dragon but not too long.
It has the benefit of putting the oppoent in two minds - I use
the moves instead of castling to play standard Dragon moves.
Bd7 - Rac8.
There is a Sicilian variation where you keep the King in the centre
play h5 so the f6 Knight has g4.
General advice without seeing the position.
Blast open the centre with a pawn sac or two and
wipe him out down the d & e-files.
Need to see game(s) open or closed Sicilian?
Before giving concrete advice (if I/we can).

Whenever I play against the sicillian and my opponent doesn't castle I find it very hard to attack. Can someone give me some tips?
Thanks
The Sicilian is a pretty big tabiya of openings.
Generalisations are difficult and inadvisable.

9.0-0-0 in the Yugoslav. Once White has played Bc4 0-0 is advisable.

but you must watch out for Bxf7+ sacs every move.
It can often transpose into mainline but it's worth a try.
Don't play the Sicilian anymore too many good anti-Sicilian lines about.
All the fun goes out of it if you cannot swap you c-pawn for the
white d-apwn.
You end up playing an English a tempo down.
